Payment + Fees
All payments should be submitted to the Shades Crest School of the Arts Office. Each student will pay the annual non-refundable registration fee of $40.00, with an $80.00 maximum per family. The registration fee will be the same for all students, regardless of the number of lessons or classes a student actually takes. This fee will be collected only once a year, and will help pay administrative expenses not covered by tuition alone. This fee also covers recital expenses.
Music Materials Deposit
A $50.00 Music Materials Deposit will be established for each guitar, piano, and voice student. We will use the deposit to purchase instructional materials for the student. This service is provided as a convenience to parents and to help us purchase materials in quantity at the lowest possible price. The parent/guardian will be notified when deposit drops below $10.00. The balance carries over from semester to semester. The Music Materials Deposit for Kindermusik varies per class according to the price of the instrument/materials packet for that class.

Payments are required to be paid on time. You will not receive a bill for your lessons. If payment is not received (postmarked) on or before the due date, a late fee of $10.00 will be applied. Lessons will be discontinued if payment is more than 15 days past due.
