Family Life Center Ministries
The Family Life Center (FLC) at Shades Crest was constructed in 1981. The FLC is a 15,000 square foot facility that includes: a gymnasium, (2) raquetball courts, a premium fitness center, a multi-purpose room (crafts), a "fireside" room, and game room.
The FLC serves as both, a church recreation and fellowship facility, as well as an "open" facility to the community.

- Mommy & Me Bootcamp: 4:30 -- 5:30 pm / Tuesday's

"An interactive workout that incorporates Moms with their babies,
toddlers, and young children. A time of fun cardio and body
conditioning exercises that will captivate childrens attention.
Moms of all fitness levels are welcome in a non-competative
