Ladies join us for a Wake-up Workout, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:05-8:55 am in the gym. We warm up, do cardio, weights, a core work, and then cool down. No makeup or fancy attire required! First class is free. Cost is $50 for 10 classes, whenever you can come, or $6 per class. Instructor: Katrina Stidham….
